The acronym SRT stands for Special Response Team. The team is comprised of highly-trained Sheriff’s Deputies from the various divisions, squads and sections as well as medics from Union County Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

The situations vary, but the mission is always the same... the preservation of life and peaceful reconciliation of often highly dangerous and volatile situations.
