Union County Sheriff`s Detectives are conducting a missing person’s investigation of Vasti Colmenares Gutierrez, after her family reported her missing on Monday, April 21, 2008. Vasti is a 17 year old Latino female with black hair and brown eyes. Vasti was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, Capri blue jeans and black slippers. She has a scar on the left side of her face. Vasti was last seen at Forest Hills High School and it is believed she left from there before the end of the school date. Vasti may be in the company of an ex-boyfriend a Latino male who is known to use the name Dejuan Bennett. It is believed this name is alias. This male may be also use the name "Juan Carlos" and he is believed to be about 23 years of age. Both Vasti and the male are from Marshville, NC. The Sheriff`s Office is requesting information on the location of Vasti or the true identity of the male.
