Welcome to the Union County Sheriff’s Office website. Our agency is headquartered at 3344 Presson Road, Monroe, NC 28112. The UCSO is a full-service law enforcement agency, meaning that we provide the full range of law enforcement services for our citizens, including: Patrol, Jail, Civil Process, Criminal Investigation and Animal Services. Our county is 643 square miles in area. Union County has been recognized as the fastest growing county in the state, and one of the fastest growing counties in the nation.

This web site is intended as an informational resource for the citizens of Union County and the surrounding areas. Our goal for this site is to increase communication between the Sheriffs Office and the citizens of Union County, and to provide a mechanism for public access to frequently requested information that is within the public domain.
